1. Acceptance. By creating an account and using VisaDone, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service description. VisaDone helps travellers prepare and submit visa applications, track status, and store related documents. We are not a government authority and do not guarantee visa approval — final decisions rest with the respective embassy or consulate.
3. Account responsibilities. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Fees and refunds. Service fees shown at checkout are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the embassy. Government fees are pass-through and follow embassy policy.
5. Document accuracy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents and information you upload. Misrepresentation may lead to visa refusal and account suspension.
6. Prohibited use. No fraudulent applications, no impersonation, no use of the platform for illegal purposes.
7. Liability. VisaDone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from visa decisions, travel disruption, or third-party (embassy / VFS) processing.
8. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

1. What we collect. Account data (name, email, phone, nationality), application data (passport details, travel plans), uploaded documents (passport scans, photos, supporting papers), and payment metadata.
2. Why we collect it. To prepare and submit your visa application, communicate with you about its status, and meet legal record-keeping obligations.
3. Who we share it with. Embassies / consulates / VFS service partners required to process your application; payment processors strictly to complete transactions; cloud storage providers under data-processing agreements.
4. Retention. Application records retained for 7 years per financial / compliance requirements. Account data retained while your account is active; deletable on request.
5. Security. Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access limited to authorised staff under role-based controls.
6. Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to retention rules above). Email privacy@visadone.com.
7. Cookies. Used only for session management and language preference — no third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes. Updates posted on this page; we'll notify by email for material changes.
